When you request a payment link, create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, delivery address, order choices, custom wording and purchase history. If you sign in, the identity service supplies the name and email address connected to your account.

How we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare and deliver orders, send individual payment links, provide account and order-history features, prevent misuse, keep business records and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses strictly necessary security and sign-in cookies. It also uses browser storage to remember your basket and whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice. These features are needed to provide the service you request.

We do not currently use advertising, behavioural tracking or optional analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent before non-essential cookies are placed.

Who helps provide the service

Information may be processed by trusted providers that support site hosting and security, account sign-in, business email and payment processing. When you follow a Square payment link, Square processes the payment information you provide under its own privacy terms.

Storage and your rights

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for orders, customer service, security, accounting and legal requirements. You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses where the law provides those rights.
