What size are the art prints?
All Design Guy art prints are supplied in A3 size, measuring 297 × 420 mm.
Do the prints come framed?
Yes. Every art print is supplied framed and ready to hang, so there is no need to find a separate frame.
Is postage included?
Yes. UK postage is included in the displayed price. Each framed print is carefully packaged to protect it in transit.
What does 1 of 1 mean?
A 1 of 1 artwork is an exclusive physical print. Only one framed print of that design will be offered for sale, and once it is sold it will not be printed for another customer.
Do 1 of 1 artworks include a certificate?
Yes. Every 1 of 1 print includes a certificate of authenticity confirming its exclusive status.
Why do 1 of 1 prices vary?
Each 1 of 1 artwork is individually valued. Prices reflect the design, visual impact and exclusivity of the piece rather than following one standard price.
How does Pay by Link work?
Choose Pay by Link on the artwork you want and enter your email address. We will send you an individual secure Square payment link for that order. Your artwork is reserved once payment has been completed.
Can I order a custom print?
Yes. For custom artwork or a personalised print, email office@designguy.uk with your idea and we will discuss what is possible before confirming the order.
When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatch time can vary depending on the artwork and whether it is a custom order. Contact us before purchasing if you need your print by a particular date.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email office@designguy.uk as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I return an artwork?
Return rights depend on whether the print is standard or personalised. Please read our Refund & returns policy for the full details, or contact us before returning anything.
