How does this work?
DesignTime works by replacing the need to hire a full time member of your team. Often employing a full-time designer can range anywhere from £30,000 to £65,000+ per year on top of recruiting and training costs. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you want to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
What if I don't need to pay every month?
Hiring a freelancer is usually just for short bursts of work to aid with busy periods. Or if you're just getting your business off the ground. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What software do you use?
99.9% of designs will be done using Figma. Occasionally we might use other pieces of software such as Framer or Photoshop depending on the requirements.
How do I make requests?
Once you've started your subscription you'll be invited to a Trello board where you will be required to make your requests. Requests will need to contain as much detail and context as possible.
What if I'm not happy with the designs?
That's absolutely not a problem, we have no limitations on design revisions and we'll work closely together to ensure a design solution is provided that you're happy with.
What don't you offer?
This service is purely a design service so we don't offer any coding or development work. We can however work with partners to try and provide this for you depending on availability.
How fast do you deliver?
It truly does depend on the complexity but usually within a day or two!
What if I only need one thing?
That's fine! We can always pause your subscription so you can use up the remainder of the time whenever it suits you!
